Doi Suthep Temple is the place of worship dated back to 1383 when the first pagoda was built. It is an important pilgrimage spot for devotion and is a sacred site to Thai and foreigners where visitors can climb up 309 steps staircase to reach the stupa on the hilltop and you can also find the superb scenery from the temple’s terrace. Beside a variety of religious outreach programs can be enjoyed, the trip is including a visit to the Hmong Hill Tribe Village (one of the ethnic groups with their colorful traditional costumes) called “Hmong Doi Pui” located on the boundaries where travelers can discover their way of life, culture and history throughout the village as well as through their historical evidence at the museum.
